I understand that I am engaging with GrFD for their coaching services for the agreed dates.

I understand that full payment is due PRIOR to the day of the commencement of services and that refunds or rearrangements won’t be available for missed sessions once they are booked, unless they are cancelled by GrFD.

I understand that GrFD will take all necessary precautions to ensure players are working in a safe environment at all times. However, I accept that injuries may occur occasionally due to the nature of the game and physical activity in general and that GrFD can’t be held responsible for such injuries.

I understand that having booked a session it is my responsibility to ensure I arrive for the agreed start time and that sessions can’t be extended due to my late arrival.

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my Child(ren) have suitable kit for football, including boots, shin pads and a drink.
